Today wasn't so bad not good but not very bad..worries got intense from time to time nothing else to note

Anhedonia is a tough nut to crack. I'm pinning my hope for you on your therapist.

I think you needed someone to talk to a long time ago, but it's never too late. I hope he'll give you the tools to make the changes you need to make so you can at least find some satisfaction in life.

Can anhedonia be treated by therapy? I thought it'd a chemistry thong and indeed hard to treat..

The thoughts we habitually think affect our brain chemistry and structure. You've been Desperate for a very long time. It will have to be undone bit by bit, and more helpful ideas given to you.

He just told me to write a diary that I will do sometime I'm not an authority to write on how anhedonia is treated but know that it sucks I seriously suffer from that

Do it now! Make a note or two as to what you're thinking about and how you're feeling.

You don't need to know how to treat anhedonia. That's what you're paying him for.
