Brand new to hypnosis and need study recommendations!

Hi all!

I have been absolutely fascinated by hypnosis for the longest time after first being really intrigued by it when I started seeing Derren Brown's videos; and after much time trying to figure out if it is a bunch of nonsense or not I have decided it is time to learn it for myself.

I am vaguely familiar with the premise of anchoring, misdirection and such but I really have no idea what I am talking about.

My main dilemma is I have no idea where to start! I am most interested in learning conversational type hypnosis, something that can be used day to day in my interactions with people where it can go unnoticed, so really obvious inductions or anything of that nature isn't really what I am looking for.

I am also very interested in the whole idea of "thought reading" or "muscle reading" for lack of a better word? Something loosely based on Hellstromism?

If anybody could give some kind of reading material or anything that could just kick start my journey I would very much appreciate it, I really have no idea where to begin.. And please forgive me if anything I have said is just ridiculous haha, I have no idea what I am talking about.

Kindest regards,
Winston.

The first thing you should try is to hypnotize yourself.

Practice you to relax and not to move. It's hard at first so put some relaxing music

Concentrate on yourself and your breath and mentally told your body to immobilize for example your legs or your body stockings. You must no longer be capable of the bougers.

Hypnosis is a state of supreme relaxation. You must make your subconscious react to your requests.

The best way to learn is youtube in my opinion.

Ps: do not worry, you can always control yourself haha.

For traditional hypnosis I recommend reality is plastic. It's a wonderful book which will give you a solid understanding in the process of hypnosis.

For conversational hypnosis I recommend speed seduction. Yea I know, speed seduction. It teaches how to use the Milton model in a very easy way.
