10 year old with a temper

Postby hope1306 » Mon Jan 06, 2014 8:18 am

hi,

my 10year old son is a very quiet emotional artsy child but he has a bad temper and breaks and hits things when he gets angry (usually when he is struggling with games on the playstation) and i want to help him.
my husband and i both have tempers but we keep it in place mostly.

i was hoping someone could help me with some advice. and could martial arts help him?

sugar free diets and healthy eating is a major key. and then its all discipline from there on . sports is another good thing ,no take away food as theres to much sugar and othe junk in take away food . seek advice from proffesional

Thanks for the reply
My husband and i are health freaks so we dont eat junk food or lots of sugar. The same applies for my son. He does get candy on occation but not enough to affect him so much.

I guess we will try signing him up for martial arts or something like that. The choice will be left up to him which he wants to do.

Are you spoiled your son while he was young? Maybe you should do some disciplinary actions in a nice talk.
