Right tests to conduct

I have this girl who has come to me for help ,she is on substance abuse.She has general risk taking tenancies college drop out .I need to know what are the right tests to conduct on her .I am gonna make her give an older version of the 16PF Questionnaire I have here but i dont know how outdated it is.She has had a lot of issues with relationships and i have given her therapy but i wont be able to understand properly until i do some good testing .There have been substance abuse issues with one of her parents as well.What do you suggest
