the best meditation is to sleep.. when we sleep the brain waves decrease and the repair mechanisms of the body and mind are activated .. the unconscious is cleansed when we sleep..when a person meditates .. the frequency of brain waves also decreases .. but to achieve this you first need concentration and a lot of discipline .. sleeping you get the same benefits as meditating .. also .. sleep you can sleep for 8 hours or more .. meditating is only possible for a short time because it is very boring
