Hi siratcha, I have been using cannabis for most of my life, from age 14, I am now 55. I first quit about a year and a half ago, relapsed and recently quit again a month ago. The longest time I didn’t smoke in my adult life has been 14 months.
Don’t worry about the time used using or relapsing, the important thing is not using right now and living in the present, marijuana is a very seductive drug and quitting is difficult. Like any addict in recovery, set your goals and take it one day at a time. I first set out to stop for a week, then a month, then 3 months etc.
You have come to the right place in this forum, google quitting weed, educate yourself and learn from others. Concentrate on the benefits of not using. Good luck to you in your fight for freedom.
