what music would strengthen me?

I dont think i can understand and practice ancient philosophy that can make me strong. My understanding isnt so deep. Instead pop up a pill snack a food or playing some music. Its easy and effortless..

That was the field of astronomy, and were limited by the technology at the time. Philosophy and psychology is a whole different thing, I would say mostly people have regressed, for example narcissism is on the rise, and a bigger problem now than ever.

Come on an intelligent person should sense world was revolving around sun..hehe. overall i think ancient philosophies role on modern civilisation is exagerated.
