Being a boss, you can see many times that what environment your employees are creating around their desk, Are they having fun? Have you heard them laughing? If yes Then it is a sign that your team in actually enjoying their work and work place. If not, then you can create a fun workplace, where your employees can give the best an also enjoy the working. Hi Daniel,

Thank you for sharing these tips. Another thing that I do to keep my associates at the workplace together is to have a 30 minute "What I Feel Like Saying" session in the morning to find out how they feel about their day. This way, we will be able to understand each other better and work together more closely as a team.

Edmund

Hi Daniel,

Great advise. Definitely a fun and exciting work place will create a conducive environment to boost an organization productivity and hence, profitability. :D

We can learn from Google office culture & Mindvalley by Vishen Lakhiani. They are the award winning company whhich provide wonderful platform to excel their employees and the teams growth.

Edmund 30 min session "What I Feel Like Saying" session in the morning is a great activity too! It definitely helps to engage the team and to listen, discover the individual needs and value.

Great advise! Thanks for the sharing! :)

Regards,
Alexander
