Providing a functional definition, we can say that people are willfully ignorant of something when they avoid all circumstances that would allow them to acquire that knowledge, even by accident.

Willful ignorance occurs when individuals realize at some level of consciousness that their beliefs are probably false, or when they refuse to attend to information that would establish their falsity.

The term uninformed is often used for someone who has little or no knowledge about something. It's more polite than being called ignorant. The term willfully ignorant refers to those who lack the information or facts because they refuse to acknowledge them. Ignorance is a matter of choice.

How will I pay QV and when will it happen? What happened to the internment camps with forced vaccines, being denied services and access to bank accounts? Why didn't this happen QV.. the three stooges all seemed so certain once.... do tell. The ignorant need you to save them.... ha ha ha. The joke that keeps on giving.

-2- When you don't pay attention to what others are experiencing around the world, you can pretend everything is alright. No need pop your bubble of bliss.

As I see it, the conflict in Ukraine has eclipsed the virus hysteria. I had a feeling such could be the case. Whichever way you look at it, now politicians have a real crisis to be occupied with - one they created by not engaging years ago.
So far some thousands have died and more refugees will leave the war zone. Oil and fuel prices will rise. The economy will be hit. I doubt the virus fanatics will have the time or possibility to stir up more chaos over lockdowns.

They haven't got started yet? We've had over 2 years with covid and yet it's not started yet, this master plan.. things are returning to pre pandemic levels and you still think it's not started yet?? You just can't answer the questions you are enlightened on because of your knowledge and wisdom, the true sources you obtain, yet, when asked to back it up, you divert by name calling. You're a fraud, pure and simple and have now gone that far, you can't u turn without the house of cards, you and Candid et al have backed falling about your ears. Tokeless appears to have won this round of the debate although pretty much never against Richard. QV tends to get outboxed due to getting emotional and frustrated.

David, I'm not about winning, so it's not my aim. Richard looks at data and he was concerned about tyranny, and this hasn't happened either, so none of us are infallible. I just asked for evidence and was provided with link after video, after link.... you were as guilty of that at times. The world has carried on turning, no death jabs, no death camps, no people falling to the floor in utter agony.... all disinformation, stated as facts.
