I need to loose weight!

Postby ellyx » Sun Feb 17, 2013 10:55 pm

I cant hardly look in the mirror without hating my reflection. I'm 17 and 15 and a half stone. I'm almost leaving school and have to fit into a prom dress, I'm going to look ridiculous. I've tried to loose weight in the past and succeeded but I love to eat and have always put the weight back on. I do exercises, and walk everywhere, but I cant stop eating. I need help, please. I hate looking like this and I know I'm the only one who can change this but its too hard. I've hurt myself in the past and always feel like it's the only thing to do cause I can't continue living like this

Your problems might be due to hypoglycemia. This causes the body to over-producew stress hormones such as adrenaline and cortisol that are responsible mood disorders and drug addiction or excessive cravings. This can be treated by going on a Hypoglycemic Diet.

It is not the consumption of fat that makes you obese but the consumption of sugars. This will make you crave for food also. Read:

and sicus with your family, doctor or counselor.

Me too I love eating. I think there's no stop in that especially if the food is really nice and mouth watering. I think all you need to do is just to exercise a lot than before and maybe some diets will do.
