Probiotics and depression

there is some info on net claiming probiotics may help depression i think adding yoghurt to my diet

These things do not cure depression, what they do is encourage the brain to work better and be more proactive. These things do not cure depression, what will cure it is you willingness to be successful and highly motivated. Depression has triggers which make it be effective in peoples lives. These triggers are what needs to be addressed to be more happy with yourself, and feel more powerful emotionally speaking.
