Eating Disorder Support Forum

I've just started the Eating Disorder Support Forum for anyone suffering from any kind of eating disorder who might need some support or advice or somewhere to just talk about how they are feeling.

We are a new forum and still getting set up and adding new material so please bear with us. Hopefully a website will follow soon.

Your support means a lot.

As you both know this is an illness I've been suffering from myself for a few years now and there is such a lack of support out there so I decided to have a go and try and do something myself.

My last stay in an eating disorder unit left me very traumatised and I'm determined that this time I'll not repeat the same patterns and end up there for a third Christmas. I'm doing better this time and my therapy is going slowly but I am making progress. I'm maintaining and that's a first for me.

I want to give something back and try to help others who find themselves suffering from this illness if I can.
