Paws TIPS

Hello everyone!
I stopped smoking carts and Joints about a year ago...and after 3-4 months a tried it again but fell myself into continuing for a few months...
Note the reason I Quit is one day out of no where I felt DP/DR and knew this was the time to stop. This went on for a few days and then came back every now and then once I stopped.
I had stomach indigestion, muscle and body aches that would come and go, light depression, anxiety, and hard to focus sometimes.
These symptoms are still now after I Quit again about 3 months ago and this time is for good. I don’t want to repeat this and I want to heal.
I found it weird that I woke up that day in the beginning feeling DP/DR but I could assume that it was due to too much THC in my system since carts are higher potency and I experienced a weed hangover since what I felt that day was different from once I quit.
I don’t want to take any medications to help any of the symptoms as I want to naturally train myself back to my normal.
I just want to know though sometimes I will wake up at 10am but want to fall back asleep after having 7-8 hours (I haven’t suffered from insomnia much, just a few nights). I feel worse when I do wake up after falling back asleep.
Anyone have a suggestion as for motivation to wake up when I naturally wake up the first time without wanting to fall back asleep?
Thank you, and I hope this story also correlates to those who are also lurking the forums.

Waking up at 10 am is the reason you are still tired. You are a human and you are subject to the circadian rhythms that have been with us since the beginning of our existence. Our ancestors didn’t get up at 10, they got up at sun up, so around 6-7. I recommend getting to bed early and waking up at these times. My most productive time is early in the morning, and if I woke up at 10, it would take me another hour to fully be awake and I’d only be really active by 12… that’s too late.

Most people have to go to a job or to school so they have to wake up early, but even if you don’t have those responsibilities, giving yourself a goal - like working out - is a great motivator. On my best days I would wake up at 6:30, make myself a quick breakfast, digest for a half our, work out for about 45 min, then have a little coffee and get on with my day. Having a routine is very important for our mental health. Good luck
