I have recurring dreams about a girl from my past

Last night I had another dream about this girl. And I don't know how to get her out of my head because she said she loves me, but I wasn't ready for a relationship at the time. I can try to get her out of my conscious mind but she appears in my dreams all the time.

I am a loyal person and sometimes I get the thought in my head that if I can't have her, then I cannot love another. Do you think this kind of loyalty is bad for me?

Most of times ppl we want to forget are those we hate: but we cant do it because we hate them and we make them look worse than are ( our fantasy ) but there are also ppl we may want to forget that we love and we maks them look better than reality ( our fantasy )

These is the fantasy world: we add importance to the person

If you want to forget somebody stop adding importance to them saying they were special or terrible: when they simply were some random ppl you happened to lived around which i myself never seen them and not give a sht about them

My point is; nobody is so special to complicate your life

Make simple decisions what you want to do: if you want to call someone? why not? Call them say hello and see where that leads to

Dont live your fantasy : live the reality
