Ginkgo biloba, a traditional aphrodisiac originally from China, was found to be 84% effective in treating antidepressant-induced sexual dysfunction.
what do you think? may help with antipsicothic induced sexual dysfunction too?
I think you "over associate". Associative horizon is an asset but it can cause a loss of focus in logic.
A lot of people I meet with serious mental health struggles tend to not be able to apply logic. Trust me, I have met many.
To apply logic, the thoughts need to fo!low in logical steps. Example:
(1) What is my goal and aim?
(2) Can I succeed in that objective?
(3) What steps might help in this?
Logic is vital to management of mental health. It is the opposite of thoughts that wander from A to Z, creating ideas but not solving each problem.
The same applies to normally, functional people.
