Learn hypnosis through Hypnosis

I have seen some people mention that you could be hypnotized to learn hypnosis and that you would be able to do hypnosis in that area after 2 to 3 sessions I would just like to ask that is it possible?
also to mention this is my first post here so I am unaware of the rules almost completely so I ask for forgiveness in the start itself about breaking any :D
