Help plss

I am 5 months in. Still have headaches, pressure and dizzy spells. Even nausea at times. This sh** is a massive bitch. Had blood work done and everything looks good. A lot of people I hear from say 1 year is a major turning point. Don't be discouraged man. We got this.

I had head pressure for over a yr and a half, at 2.5 yrs now I get it very mild every now and then. But it was constant for the first 1.5-2 yrs.

Don't want to scare you - most people don't take this long to recover. But I wouldnt be too worried at 4mo.
