Advice on using Skype to hypnotize clients

Hello All. I am new to using hypnosis in a client setting and have heard some practitioners use Skype to hypnotize clients who cannot come into the office wither because of a disability or because of geographic location.

Has anyone here used Skype to work with clients? What are some of the things I should consider if I leverage this technology with clients?
