Dissociative identity disorder

Nope, I've mostly read about them in crime fiction and watched movies on them etc.

Why do you ask?

Well you won't learn much from what you read and see as it's so sensationalised. If you want a good insight try voices within the lives of Trudi chase free in you tube. Most dissociative are covert and not easily picked up unless in crisis and even then a lot won't recognise what they see. As a generalisation it is said to avoid hypnotic techniques with DID as can cause problems. So was interested if anyone had done this and any tips
