http://www.doctoryourself.com/caffeine_allergy.htmlIt's an absolute plague upon the earth since every high street in the world now has at least one and often several chain-store coffee shops. On making a new acquaintance almost everyone says "let's have coffee together sometime".

Please read that link in which Ruth Whalen sounded a serious warning. In my efforts towards the mental health I once enjoyed, I now limit myself to two cups before noon, just the nasty instant variety. Out and about with someone else I'll occasionally have a hot chocolate (also contains caffeine but not as much). If there's whisky on the premises I pep up my decafs with it.
For me it started 50 years ago when the top class in high school got a common room with the doings instead of having to go out to the playground. Yes, I'm that old.
Thanks for the reminder. I'd do anything to prevent any young person getting started on this legal almost mandatory and very dangerous drug.
