Yes, I became very interested in my diet. I stopped eating all junk food, I stopped drinking alcohol. I eat lots of fruit and vegetables. I am lucky, my wife is a very good cook and she runs also, so we always have healthy food.

How often do you train a week?

I train 5 or 6 days at the week.
I'm careful what I eat.
When I started the run My diet was the same of when I went bicycle.
My body was soffering and I went to sports doctor.
Now I eat much carbohydrates, vegetables and fruit.

In the end my body had had enough of the training I think. Walking is much easier :)

Yes but I prefer to run.
I like to suffer.
Without suffer the results doesn't get.
I like to training hard
