Eye color dysmorphia?

I've only ever heard of this once but in a reverse situation. I have very bright blue eyes but I can't even stand looking at myself in the mirror without my brown contacts. I've been wearing them every single day since 8th grade. That's over 5 years. I took them out today because I need to be comfortable with myself but it's really hard. I feel like my nose looks giant, my eyes look small, and my face is just ruined without them. I want to love myself but I have no clue how to start...
