Nice too see yea still posting. 7 years? That's great, far behind I'm now 1 yrs and nearly 3 months since a smoke.

7 years and one month.

Just returned from an excellent camping trip with my son. The clarity to be present with him fills my heart with joy. He deserves to have a dad who is not stoned or burnt out all the time.

Here's to staying drug free for the benefit of our kids!

Off to a solid start in the new school year. With family commitments, master's coursework and personal goals (fitness, playing guitar, meditating), as well as finding time to get out and be social, it's a busy time.

Glad to have a weed-free, clear head to help me along the way!
