I just wanted to share some self help techniques with people and I would love to hear about other peoples techniques as well..

There's also an guided audio track that works wonders by "Wendi Friesen" called "No Fear", it uses a specific technique that really works, where you visualize a number of different emotionally neutral objects or situations behind a glass wall, as well as some scarier things, such as an elevator, or a tall building.
