is it just me!!!!!!

Since those las lot of severe attacks full PA i again stoped any kind of
"booze" and again a week and a bit later i am back to the old me.

I just cant understand how i can stop them by having nothing to drink but others dont drink and still get full PA Is there not a single thing in our lives that we eat or drink or take that could stop it?
Has much research been done into this?
Im not talking Anxiety i can see that has to happen in day to day life but full Panic Attacks or am i just very very very lucky?
i cant see how i have never been lucky with anything.

Hi Matthew,

i know this seems wierd but i seem to be experiencing a similar thing with smoking. When i don't smoke i get NOT ONE SINGLE panic attack or even anxiety, the minute i have a cigarette again it starts again.

OK guys! So listen to your body, which has more wisdom than you know. If booze and smoke is not for you, stay away! Live with what's right for you!
