I once took a psychology class with a girl that anorexia. We all knew, but no one, of course said anything. One day we were covering eating disorders and she actually brought it up. She said she started because one day she was eating pasta over at her parents' house and she went for a second helping and her dad asked her if she really needed another helping and that it appeared that she had put on weight since the last time he'd seen her. She couldn't get it out of her mind. From there, she loved the attention of people saying, "Have you lost weight?" or things like that. Now she has a disorder, (or had depending on if she's still alive). We think that thin is the way to go, but healthy is the way to go. Not keeping your food in you isn't healthy.
It sounds like you have an addiction that is taking over. You have an image in your head that makes the perfect you. You can't be anything, but yourself, though. If it's this hard and has such terrible side effects than it just may not be who you are supposed to be.
Some people are just naturally thin. They can work out a little and stay tiny. Some people can just about kill themselves at the gym and still not seem to loose the weight. It just depends on how your body wants to go.
Just try and focus on being the best you that you can be and you'll likely find that any extra weight won't even matter. It's likely that you are plenty thin right now anyway. I hope that you understand that being beutiful is a lot more than just the way you look.
I wish you the best of luck and hope that you get past this difficult time.
