Your hair needs nutrition, like any other part of your body. If you're noticing lots of hairs on your clothes or in your comb, a banana a day will stop them falling out.

But you have to eat it and keep it down. Obviously.

So, lets get this straight. You are bulimic because you're worried about your appearance and being thin. Yet, loosing your hair isn't enough to make you keep some food down?

I'm not trying to insult your logic. Just pointing out the lunacy of bulimia. Eat and digest your food! you'll look and feel healthier!

I'd take "no vitamin deficiency" from the health service with a pinch of salt. Work with a nutritional Dr who will run the proper tests with far more accurate reference ranges. Bulimia itself is sometimes caused by imbalanced minerals and the impact they have on appetite and appetite hormones.
