I'm a new member here and hope someone will give me any suggestion I'll appreciate it with a big heart.The problem started when my girlfriend lost her beloved grandmother it was so sad for her and to this day she is still suffering because of that she keeps blaming herself because of that.
Before this happened my gf was happy even if she did sometimes encounter some bad events, she wasn't weak like that and so wanting just to disappear forever and never get out of the bed also, she feels alone, to be honest, I really did sometimes hurt her feelings a lot because I was depressed as well and I pushed away the people i care the most for anyway its not about me this time, its about my gf the most gifted girl I ever had she is a forgiving, interesting, cute girl and it makes me feel useless that I cannot help her we are in a long distance relationship for 3 years now thankfully. if I was beside her I can do anything to erase the black shadow on her heart, but all I have right now is words.
Please If anyone has any suggestion I will be so glad to hear from all of you.
