I EAT A LOT

Hi guys, I want to share to you a problem of mine, it seems weird on my part.
I always eat a lot during meals, but it seems I'm not gaining any improvement on weight.

Well, may I suggest 2 things.

1. Change your diet to be more protein based

2. Workout.

I was like you. But I did these 2 things and gained 5 kg in 2 months. Scary...

Also, since you want to gain weight. You're probably an Ectomorph. That means for your workout, try to start with compound workouts that trains a few muscles at once. Then only to isolated ones. Avoid cardio exercises like running cause these will cause you to lose weight. Also, for your diet, reduce portions but increase number of meal times. So eat 6 times a day instead of 3. but ear lighter and more protein based.

Eat 5/6 small meals including snacks, Avoid soda, diet soda and flavored juices,
Walk is great to increase metabolism,
Do take whole grains, beans, vegetables and fruits more in your diet meals...

My friend eats a lot also and doesn't seem to gain weight. I can only blame this on his diet as he only eats meat. I suggest plant based foods and whole foods. I recommend the film Forks Over Knives.

Maybe you have a worm or something? Or are you sick? If not, maybe your body size is really just like that. There are people who have small frames even though they eat a lot.

I have the same problem with you.Eat much,but don't get fat!Even more,my skin is not very good,always dry!Some people say my digestive system is not good!

You should get yourself checked for worms. Dry skin means you are not drinking enough liquid.

I would like to suggest you to not to drink water during your meal..Try to drink after an hour of your meal..
