Magnesium L-threonate

Postby mynameismaryjane » Tue Sep 10, 2019 4:16 am

I’m about 2 years 7 months sober now, but I was still having a decent amount of waves that would come and go...affecting me a decent amount.

About 2 weeks ago I decided to give Magnesium l-threonate a go to help with my focus since I’ve been studying a lot, and was still feeling slow and struggled with bad memory.

I’ve been consistently taking it, and wow I’m feeling a major difference. My anxiety is lifting, my vision has cleared a ton, and my brain is processing so much quicker. I’m in shock and almost want to cry with joy.

I highly recommend giving it a shot, if you’re already pretty far into your recovery and are still dealing with nuisance waves.

Has anyone else tried it? Has it helped?

Good to hear from you Mary Jane,

I'm glad the magnesium is proving helpful! And I agree with Brudenski, you are hitting a major milestone. It was around 30 months where 2yearquit began to feel substantial relief and eventual full recovery. 2 years and 7 months is a long time. Very long, but I'm glad to hear you are staying the course and can share some of your success. Please keep us updated and keep track of what you do and how it relates to your waves.

Fight on!

Thanks for sharing. I have made a purchase. It's a bit expensive here in my country - but if it will work there is no price that is stooping me :D

Will provide feedback ASAP.
