Binge eating and Bulimia

You would first have to see your own doctor/physician and he or she would refer you to someone who specialises in eating disorders. There are various treatment which include: medications, cognitive behavioural therapy and talking therapies.

It didn't help me at all, I just started eating properly (and became a chef) knowing exactly what I was eating made it much easier for me to make the right decisions.

That was after 3 years of binge/purge cycle, the professional help I received really didn't help me at all, just made me think I could do it better on my own.

So I suppose it helped in a way.
