Well done for 2 months! I've had to cut my coffee intake from my daily 3 cups to 1. Makes me really anxious now if I have more than one. Since cutting it down definitely felt a lot less anxious. Probably got to do with it firing up the adrenal gland.
Still having the same sort of issue you have with sleep at night waking at 4 and going in and out of sleep. Heard melotin helps but would rather have the body adjust naturally.
Did you have the same issue on your last quit as I was thinking sleep issues get resolved after a month. Hope it goes back to normal!
