I used to be an emotional eater but then I started to do other things such as go for walks and this has helped me out greatly.

Try to replace the “bad” habit of emotional eating when stressed with a healthier habit like doing yoga.

I have this same problem of over eating and while working out sometimes helps me stay away from eating too much. Something will happen and I go back again to stuffing my face..This eating slow is provably the BEST advice i have come across to help with the compulsive eating. Thanks

can you substitute eating with something else when you are stress? going to gym for example or just go for a walk.
