I'm no nutritionist or a personal trainer but I do know that a balanced diet with healthy proportions and even small amounts of exercise (cardio) will help you to lose/maintain a healthy weight.
If you want to lose weight you need to look at the proportions of food you eat and the types of food you eat and when you eat it. Cutting out junk food is a no brainer but that doesn't mean you need to cut out food as a whole, that is where a lot of people go wrong. Losing weight can be daunting but when it is done right the results make it all worth your while.
Do you eat a lot of junk food? Do you exercise?
