Multiplicity of decisions.

Hey,
I have searched a lot about this problem and try to find the best solution, however, I'm 21 years old, I always want to be my self, not to mimic others and do whatever I want, but it always didn't work. all the time that i want to decide something and i believe that this is the thing that i have to do, after countable seconds I change my thoughts to the another direction and believe that is the right thing to do.
I'm always confused, I can hate something and on the next second I can love it.
there are a moments that i'm struggling.
Please I need your help.
thanks for you all.

Perhaps your desire to not mimic others overgeneralized and as soon as you decide you want to do something in a particular way your unconscious processes decide to not mimic that as well.

Very often people who have a very strong desire to avoid conforming accidentally step over the line into not conforming with themselves.

Perhaps you should consider using more moderation with your desire to "do your own thing" for a while to see how much this situation has improved. Or, even have a day where you do your best to conform just to see how the other half lives and when your mind settles a bit and decisions stick for even a little while longer than they did you'll have proof that some general moderation of this is in order.

It's perfectly fine and admirable to not conform as long as it doesn't get to the point where you found yourself avoiding conformity with your own decisions, likes, and dislikes.
