One visible thing to be aware of is #2: body language. Like he said, 85% of our communication comes from body language. One of the best ways to look and feel confident when speaking, is not only practicing what you are going to say before hand but also dress and watch yourself speak. By standing in front of a mirror, you will able to see how you act, where you look and your posture. It is a good activity to make you aware of how you present yourself without ever saying anything.

I know one thing that my public speaking professor taught me. Many people worry about others noticing them being nervous and it's becomes a domino effect. They think most people will hear that little tremble in the voice or that slight shaking in the hands. My professor taught us that, in fact, most of the time you as the speaker are the only one that notices that about yourself. So don't worry about people noticing you are nervous and just truck on.
