Cannabis is an effective sleep aid because it restores a person's natural sleep cycle, which so often falls out of sync with our schedules in today's modern lifestyle,” says Dr. Matt Roman, a medical cannabis physician.

Last year I was also suffering from insomnia and depression due to ups and downs in business. It get me into depression and insomnia. I tried everything but all fail. Then I started life coaching after someone recommendation and now I am happily live my life without any kind of depression or insomnia. Even life coaching also improve my mental health.

To note insomnia was one of the reasons my disease deterioriated excessively. I tried to cure it by supplements and agitating noradrenalin system by alcohole and loud metal music. Result was getting masked of my depression by years it got worse and worse..conclusion f*** damn insomnia.
