I have no support with my depression

Postby Phoenix1995 » Mon Jan 22, 2018 9:00 am

I am in a relationship of nearly a year but it just seems like he doesn't care anymore. It angers me so much to hear him laugh and have fun while he plays online games while I lay in bed crying. I tell him that I'm in a dip and it's like he gets upset with me. I honestly don't know what to do anymore. He used to be very supportive for the first few months, but now I feel neglected and lonely.

Any advice will be highly appreciated

-1- Your thinking. You are depressing yourself with your thinking. You can learn about something called the "three principles" of mind, thought, consciousness by doing a search on the Internet. Basically, you create your psychological reality by the thoughts that you believe. Stop believing those thoughts, and simply let them pass. A new thought will come along given time, and you can either let that thought pass (which it will eventually, anyway) or you can take the thought seriously and have fun with it.

-2- Your diet. You are having emotional reactions to the acidic condition of your body. Change your diet to an alkaline diet, which is a life diet and creates aliveness in your body. Search for robertmorsend on YouTube, also John Rose on YouTube.
