no offense GTS

but I've read some of your posts and you aren't as far along as we are so youdon't really understand where we're at. It's hard to take advice from you, especially someone who's relapsed and sounds overconfident over his ability to quit. Overconfidence in not being addicted and tendency to play down ...

feelin the same

I understand totally what you're saying. Look at my 53 days post. I felt much better in my 6th week than I do now which is my 8th week. I can't really explain it. This is definitely the longest I've gone in prolly over 5 years. I guess the war is not yet finished. my concentration has been worse the...

53 days of no green

53 days off and hopefully I won't be goin green anytime soon. This past week I've been really up and down. Not nearly as down as the first couple of weeks but still the feeling was there. Actually had some vivid dreams which caught me by surprise because it's been a while. It worried me a little, I ...

If you read through these posts you can see that many of us have experienced these symptoms, myself included. These next couple of months are going to be quite the physical and emotional roller coaster for you. I have felt what you are feeling and at almost 50 days I can truly say that it does get b...

Congrats waking life, a question

At what point did you really feel it was out of your system. Physically I'm pretty much there but the mental damages are still healing. I have my moments of negative and irrational thought, lack of motivation, etc. This is my 2nd stint where I've reached almost 5 weeks. The first time around I had t...

right on man. This next month or so will be very difficult I won't lie to you. But it's a necessary pain. I'm a month in myself and I've been through so many emotions and feelings it's felt like half a year. But the journey has been worth it so far.

Fight it man, it'll pass. Don't take that toke. You have to go through the pain to quit it. It sucks I know, but the only way for you to make that jump is to stay off it. You gotta respect the power of that drug and the pull it has on you. It's gonna take a while to get that negativity out your life.

It's been easier this time around cuz I've known what to expect and also the withdrawals don't seme to be as bad. I'm finally starting to understand a lot bett...

I was using a vape for the last three years, I think it will be a lot easier to quit. Still very tough because you get sucked into that routine and that feeling. But I think it will be an easier time, especially because you will get your lungs back faster. Good luck man.

Been over 3 weeks for me and everything has been going great for me. You guys have been so much help. I do have the withdrawal symptoms, mainly lack of sleep and inconsistent appetite but those struggles pale in comparison to all the benefits I'm experiencing. Just recently my dreams have gotten viv...
