Re: 14 months sober and still fighting strong

How’s it going? I’m at 14 months, which I am absolutely stoked about. I smoked for a 12 years and there wasn’t much days off from smoking in that time. I’m still dealing hard with brain fog, head pressure, fatigue and memory issues. Jesus. I'm at 6.5 months and dealing with all the sh** you describ...

Re: Back again...

Hi my dear friend! Isn't just ridiculous how we felt again into this trap? My dealer makes fun of me. He calls me a looser, even though I gave him so much money over the years. He is supposed to be my friend, but he's so arrogant, ungrateful and rude to me. I'd end this sh** just because of him. The...

Re: Salsa again

Thank you very much for your sympathy and help! It means a lot to me. I appreciate every letter you write to me. I often ask my dad how is he. He gently replies that he is being sad. Then I ask him why he is sad. He answers that it is because of me. He is sad because I am sad. With all his unconditi...

Salsa again

Hello Everybody! I am Salsa. I came here 5 years age as a 25-years old student due to extreme reaction from cannabis (panic induced). Some may remember me, most probably not. I will try to keep things simple, even though I have so much to write. I've managed to stay clean for 15 months with the huge...

Re: 6 months clean: starting the medication route

Hiker, thank you very much for your replay! I already know most things about benzo tapper. I've been reading horror stories on benzobuddies and I'm scared shitless. :) Lorazepam has and still does a lot for my personal well being. No anxiety, no depression, a lot of confidence, optimism and enthusia...

Re: 6 months clean: starting the medication route

I haven't posted here for a very long time but I feel the need to do that now. Dear Hiker! I was on the same boat as you are now. When I quit weed after a traumatic panic attack experience, I went through the worst year of my life (so far). I was app. 14 months off weed when I decided enough was eno...

Re: Regular Marijuana User, Recently Quit and i NEED HELP!!!

Your brain will need some time to adjust to the new lifestyle. Just ride it out. You'll be ok.

If your problems with rage persist over time, you have some therapeutic options to figure out what lies beyond that anger that frustrates you.

I wish you all the best.

Re: 8 months and still struggling

I've started seeing real improvements after 15 months. Anxiety, brain fog, dp, depression lessened. My vision improved, dizziness disappeared. Pressure behind my eyes was less and less present. I started becoming more and more "normal". Don't know if this is due to Lexapro but things have ...

Re: 12 months PAWS

Adam, physically you are probably just fine. Anxiety can mimic all kinds of illnesses. Therefore many people become hypochondriacs. Do not pay attention to your symptoms and everything is going to be just fine. A sudden panic attack is a huge stress which can later cause all kinds of weird symptoms....
