Re: High Blood Pressure

Its nice to be able to read positive comments from people in the same situation as myself. Now I'm on my second day taking the tablets, so hopefully in a month or so I will be able to see some benefits from it. I wondered if anyone also suffers with high blood pressue as well as panic attacks? I am...

Can Agoraphobia be hereditary?

Simple question really, I am still undecided whether or not I want kids but I dont really want anybody else to have to suffer the anxiety problems I have had. Does anybody have any knowledge if Agoraphobia/Anxiety can be passed on?

Thanks

Re: Clomipramine side effects - how bad are they?

Hi I've been on Propanolol for about 4 weeks and went back to my GP today. I told her they were not helping me much with my anxiety so she took me off them and gave me clomipramine. I have to take 10mg for 7 days then up it to 20mg for two weeks, then a review. Thought all was fine until i got home...

There is nothing special or new about this method. It's just some sort of watered down Cognitive Behaviour. I do tend to agree with you on this one, the Linden Method doesnt really contain anything special, your CPN will already be offering you very similar advice to what Charles Linden is offering...
