but every one does not know how to react on"sleep" comnand. may be those in the videos already know how to react on hypnotic commands. And they do not need pretalk.

btw, Rapid inductions do not work without expectancy in subject's mind.
So, a good pretalk, demonstration(either fake or real), videos, fame and credibility, etc. are very important for instant/rapid inductions.

if recordings are working for you then i think you can make your own recording in your own voice with any kind of suggestion or keyword/reinduction trigger you want.

such as physical relaxation, asking to remember a trance like experience, conditioning them to accept commands, interrupting some verbal patterns, or something else?

suppose someone asks u to demonstrate anchoring.. than which state or response will u choose so that the person can easily see the change?

try making a selfhypnosis recording in your own voice with suggestion of hand levitation or similar visible responses and ask someone to see if your hand levitates during session or use a video camera to record the response to confirm your suggestions are working.

try a method that is based on focusing and concentration instead of relaxation.

and it would be much helpful if you perform selfhtpnosis rigbr after you wake up from a deep sleep.
