I would generally look after yourself, i.e. diet, exersise is great.

Also avoid drugs, such as weed and e, they just make things worse and could trigger something more severe.

there is lots new. how much travelling have you done? going to a new country / city can provide a renewed lust for life.

I get it also when I visit a place that has a lot of history for me. going to new places appeals to me way more that going back to a place I once lived.
