5 months 10 days

Hello my friends. How’s everyone’s Mother’s Day going? I know 5 months and 10 days is weird time to post but I haven’t done one in over a month so **** it. Things are going fine right now. I still have DP/DR 24/7 and some depression from time to time. The DPDR used to bother me a lot but I’m finding...

Re: quit weed, feel like i’m on a trip

If your perception of the world around seems strange like literally and you seem disconnected then you are most likely experiencing depersonalisation/derealisation. It can be a symptom of anxiety. And it sucks dick. I got it from accumulated stress/ OCD and also quitting my daily dabbing habit cold ...

Re: I WANT MY LIFE BACK! - - PT 2

Wow man. Just wow. What an awesome story. I’m only 19 so I still have a lot to learn and experience but this story tells me that no matter how hard times will get there’s always a way to climb back outta that hole. Currently 4 months and 20 days clean myself and working on a college degree. Hopefull...

Re: 2 years weed free, fighting everyday to stay sober

sh** man I can relate to some of the things you’re talking about. I dabbed all day everyday for like 3 years and when I quit I got depression for about a month and then started to feel better a little bit by 1 1/2 months, but then outta nowhere I got full blown dp/dr 24/7 and have had it since. I’m ...

Re: 250 days

Is your DPDR constant? Or is it more in waves? Also what are your DPDR symptoms? Mine are feeling detached from myself and my surroundings, no sense of time, detached from friends and family, and just feel high all the time. Hope you feel better man. Congrats on 250 days

Re: Effect of relapse on MJ paws symptoms

Unfortunately people who recover tend to stop coming to this site. Once they are through PAWS they continue on with life, leaving behind their post history for us new comers to read in our time of need. I’ve read through soooo many posts and have only read about a few people who were going through p...

Re: My Quit Journal

FuckDabs I love your username lmao I dabbed every 15 minutes too literally for two years. My withdrawal is similar to yours in ways, I have DPDR a little stronger maybe I’m not sure but regardless we all have our sh*** symptoms that are stronger than others. I’m @ 96 days and I can say it has gotten...

Re: 14 months update

Congrats on the 14 months!
Sorry to hear your last month was rough. Its a good thing you started meditating, exercising etc. again.
I’m super behind you at only 3 months so I’m still in the trenches right now.
Hope your waves and symptoms calm down more at 15 months. :)

Re: 90 Days Today

Lefttheleaf, Yeah man I agree it definitely is still a struggle 100%. I still feel like I’m on a mini dose of shrooms at all times but some times are better than others. And yeah reading is a great way to distract as well. I’m currently almost finished with game of thrones book 1. I too have started...

Re: 90 Days Today

Exstoner my b I meant to list you off too, yeah I mean so far it’s still 24/7 but it’s gotten like 30-40% better, I think once it starts coming in waves I’ll really notice a difference vs the 24/7. Thanks for the reply man I always appreciate it. And yeah I agree it is horrible lol, one day I’ll be ...

90 Days Today

Hey guys! today I hit 90 days. It has been sooooo hard. Basically if you’ve been seeing my posts you’ll know my biggest PAWS symptom is DPDR. Honestly I don’t have depression or even any anxiety just DPDR. My DPDR makes me feel detached from myself, the people in my life and my surroundings. It lite...

Re: 1 year and a couple months clean.

Leftheleaf, Hey man thanks for the thoughtful response. Actually having a good day today. I’ve noticed when I stay busy and don’t think about my f***ed up perceptions and symptoms that go along with DPDR I don’t obsess and even notice it. That said it’s still very hard. The most frustrating thing is...

Re: 1 year and a couple months clean.

Thanks for taking the time to respond man I appreciate it. I do try my hardest not to give it the time of day but when it affects nearly all perceptions of your life it can be hard.

I just hope I’ll see some improvement by month 6
