I have been a PA sufferer for years and have noticed that in certain stressful situations I seem to have asthma (from which i genuinely suffer) symptoms. HVS - Where to get help

Does anyone know where to get help for HVS in the uk?

I have been trawling the internet but not really coming up with any answers.

Caught the tail end of something on TV last night which (i think) said that bananas are rich in serotonin so are fab for anxiety and depression.
Did I hear this right?
