one benefit i've noticed today is increased muscle tone (important for a vegetarian). i think that thc..taken too often (daily/all day long) can increase your metabolism to the point that catabolism occurs increasingly. This prob explains why some over users looks like sticks even though they eat ju...

Re: Right On Brother!!!

My opinions of weed now are that it is exactly the same as any other drug, it's a chemical that produces a high, a feeling that we are not naturally supposed to have. I've got to say that people REALLY annoy me when they say "weed is my drug of choice because it is natural", weed being na...

if you look at the stats, amsterdam has a smaller % using hard drugs than UK, so i dont think there is a correlation. i know lots of people list their addcitions as MJ, coke, heroin, ketamine etc. but in my opinion, those people are just those you are heavily into the whole drug culture. i never did...

let us know how the first couple days work out for you. remember, if you did 6weeks last time, the first few weeks should be easy, esp as the withdrawal symptoms should be less severe this time after the 6week detox (correct me if im wrong, be interesting to know).

awesome dreams!

i dont know why people seem to list this as a "ngative" side effect, but i find the vividness of dreams refreshing. i've been working on lucid dreaming on and off this summer, and the vived dreams are a def prerequisite to that, so yeah, VIVID dreams are one benefit for me. although i gues...

Re: Contemplating Giving Up In Newcastle

Thanks, its just nice to know there are other people out who are trying to get rid of the weed. I think first step is to try and only smoke in evenings. I dont want to tell anyone Im giving up as I think that puts added pressure on me (which I dont need) Also my girlfriend has just booked for me to...

Ill_i_bus-- Welcome and thanks for relating your story. I too am not sure about the quitting forever concept, as it seems to give the plant too much power, and it's kinda 12-steppy. Could be it's just too scary though, to face at first. But I definitely agree that a lot of what is evil about evil w...

thanks bro

I was using a vape for the last three years, I think it will be a lot easier to quit. Still very tough because you get sucked into that routine and that feeling. But I think it will be an easier time, especially because you will get your lungs back faster. Good luck man. thanks for the advice bro. ...

Re: In and out of it

I can still feel the cobwebs in my head, headaches, and I'm an emotional basketcase a lot. That WILL change as long as I keep on this path. ...right? well to be honest, wrt to cobwebs, i compared my uni marks from when i was high in 1st yr (eigth a day), to 2nd yr done part time over two years whil...

day one?!

Hi everyone. quitting day ust arrived for me, but unlike some, im not doing the quit forever thing. Let me explain: I smoked from the age of 14-20 (cigs and weed). I quit both till i was 23, and also in the meantime gave up alcohol (about a yr ago). Let me address one point, with a decent vapouriser...
