A chemical imbalance may certantly have something to do with it and indeed my diet, I will admit I probably don't eat well, I more than likely drink too much coffee and as bad for me as it is I more than likely smoke to much. It's not so much a two sided argument in the sense of I can hear an actual voice talking to me it's more than I am a aware of them in my head and I just react to them and find it hard to make it go away. It sounds stupid but I can't seem to do anything to stop it.

I personally have been having bad dreams for pretty much as long as I can remember. I remember one I used to have was that I was being fed into a grinding machine and my family were sitting on a sofa watching and not doing anything about it. Cats are like that, when they want attention they will take it when they don't you might as well not exist! I always remember when I had a hamster and my parents had a cat, would drive the cat nuts when the hamster ran around in its ball :lol:
