I really did feel better, I write quite a lot and usually have the intention of sending it to someone or posting it somewhere but I change my mind after I'm finished . I hate the idea of boring people and I think it can be quite an intense process writing about my childhood , I've never really dealt...

I just spent nearly 2 hours writing a heavy going post , looking for advice. It was so hard to put into words and even harder to keep it short.
I pressed save draft ,just incase ,then submit , then it vanished unsaved . I have no words left . I'll maybe try again next month .
