Re: The logic of living?

If I laughed and was stimulated mentally by other surprising things I don't think I would want to live that again. But no day is exactly the same

Re: worry all progress lost

I can't tell you if all progress is lost because I don't know your specific situation, but looking at a cognitive behavioural therapy model might help you decide what you are going through and what you can do to fix it.

If you were to go into a little more detail it may be easier to help

Re: Not that keen on myself....

There were times when I didn't think so deeply, I didn't think it was cool, in with a bad crowd things like that. But over time I have found that its very important to try to brake things down and look at them. We don't have to do this all the time, life wouldn't be fun if we never acted in the mome...

Re: Addiction of Masturbation- please help

If you masturbate just 1 maybe 2 times a week I'm sure you'll find you'll be much hornier, you'll also perhaps be motivated to be with your wife as you won't be masturbating daily. That is, if you are masturbating quite frequently

Good for you!

What kind of exercise? swimming biking running lifting weights?

Maybe your girlfriend could exercise with you and that could help lift her and stop her from smoking weed too?

Good luck with your progress
