Re: Virus

philipshin wrote:Virus is the existence between life and thing. so it is kind of bridge as chemical.

Yes there is debate about whether viruses are living things. Existence between "life and thing" might well be a fair characterisation!

Re: I can't keep friends.

-Why is my life such a mess? This was your question but it's impossible to know until one get's to know you better. We live in a dog eat dog world on one level and you seem to want to know why you attract more than your fair share of the exploitative assholes? What is written on your head?... "...

Re: Girlfriend hurt me bad

I asked "what is your version of help?...". So what was her actual answer to your question? It's like she wants me to tell her what to do in life. Well I bet she did not say "Honey, I want you to tell me what to do in life, that's the help I seek from you" in response to your qu...

At this point didn't social services intervene in some way?.... child psychologist, or at least some kind of psychological assesment? The police??

How did you first notice this / how did it first happen? Was it a sudden onset? Can you link it to an illness / viral infection that you had at that time?

Re: Bullying

Sounds unlikely. Do you live alone in the middle of nowhere? If not, why arent other people getting woken up or disturbed too and doing something about it if it is happening continually - like calling the poilce (it is illegal to misuse a horn, so is harassment)? My advice is film it happening, then...

Re: Girlfriend asked for space.

I'm curious as to what was "rude" about richards reply. Was it just that he didn't express sympathy? Why is that rude? You presented a problem, he suggested a way to look at that which (he believes) might help you. ??

Re: Why do I never feel good enough for my boyfriend?

Have you trusted your previous boyfriends any better? (if so, why was that do you think? ) In your mind, what does "someone else" have that you don't? ie What attribute(s) which you think your boyfriend values more in a mate than good looks and youth do you think you are lacking (so much s...

Re: Urges to torture/kill small animals.

Are these urges restricted to animals (now), or humans too? If it's restricted to animals then I'd imagine they're a lot easier to avoid than humans!
Do you love any animals? Have you ever felt that? What about admiration/appreciation for an animal/species?

Re: Was it wrong or am I wrong?

I love my fiancee and think the world of her daughter, she's a lovely kid but I'm genuinely concerned that I'm some kind of monster who finds kids sexy. I don't think that finding a 12yo kid sexy is a monstrous act. Particularly if it is not the 'being 12 years old" that is found sexy, but som...

Re: Nightmares

Hey how you doing? I have only now read your last reply. Went away on holiday after my last response to you and my attention for whatever reasons hasnt turned to this website since getting back. I think reading your last reply perhaps confirms to me that this is not the medium in which I can offer a...

Re: Nightmares

Addendum about hatred and trauma. ----A classic, perhaps stereotypical example of a person with PTSD is the wounded soldier....Does she feel hatred? Maybe she does, maybe she doesn't. Why wouldn't she? Her life was wrecked. Why would having flashbacks, nightnmares and phobias make her immune to feel...

Re: Nightmares

----Yes. I acknowledge that I am holding on to past injustices. That said, I’m not totally clear on what you mean by an ‘honest condemnation’. I just meant internally, remaining condemning of those egregious acts. I just wanted to make sure that when refering to 'letting go' you don't think I mean f...

Re: Nightmares

Ok there's a lot here. Of the two broad categories of people who you have felt damaged by or profoundly wronged by, I'll go with the second one, those who you believe maliciously set out to attack you, who you have now phyically/socially distanced yourself from but thoughts of whom trouble you the m...
